To register for the upcoming season, you must:

1) Fill out the Team Agreement Form (under “Team Managers-->Season Registration”)

• Please submit this form with your deposit.

2) Pay the deposit and balance (under “Team Managers-->Season Registration”)

• For Spring 2014, deposits are due 12/02/13 and balances are due 01/06/14

3) Fill out the Game Scheduling Request Form (under “Team Managers--Season Registration”)

• Requests will only be evaluated for teams attending tournaments, or teams sharing more than 5 players.  
• For Spring 2014, all requests must be received by 12/23/13.
