2. Balance of fees due tonight. $25 late fee will be charged to your team if the balance is not paid. New teams = $900 Returning teams = $650.
3. Schedules will be passed out at the conclusion of the meeting for the first 4 weeks. The schedules will need to be re-done and posted on the website (www.pwsl.org). One of the UB teams was excluded from the list..
4. We will be using Robb Fields #6,7,8, and 9 this season. We will possible go to the fields in Mira Mesa if the fields are bad at Robb.
5. 40 teams for Winter 2002 = 6 A, 12 UB, 12 LB, 5 30A, 6 30B.
6. Please read over the league policies on the website (www.pwsl.org)
• you must have a PWSL player card to play
• NO PWSL CARD = $100 fine
• registration must be to Dina by 9 pm the Saturday before you want the player to play.
• sister teams = Maxwell & Magic- let Carole know the players who will be playing up before the game.
• 22 registrations per team. Once you are above 22 the following happens.
• add = $14
• drop = $2 (be sure to give the player card to Dina)
• transfer = $5 (be sure to give the player card to Dina)
• 1st game at Robb field
• set up the fields
• go to the office and get the key to open the shed and gate and return the key to the office if no board member has opened.
• Last game at Robb field
• take down the fields
• be sure 4 corner flags get into the shed
• be sure the anchors go back in the net bag and go to the shed
• the goal frames go to the gated enclosure
• You may put the referee evaluations in the mailbox (located inside the gate) or mail them to Yukii.
• Jerseys (with numbers), socks, and shorts must be of the same color. Home team will change color if there is a conflict.
7. Tournaments - Let Nancy know if you need to schedule a bye

• Las Vegas = April 7/8
8. Green/Yellow Cards
• send green cards by mail
• send scores to Yukii via e-mail by Monday afternoon
