1. Registration- Carol/Dina
• Player cards becoming burdensome
• Future deadline to add and delete players from roster may be brought up for vote, effective Fall 2002.
2. Red Card/Refs
• A special Board meeting was held on 03/26/02, to address a red card incident between Team Calafia and OBFC, the incident occurred 03/09/02. The outcome was as follows: 2 players from Team Calafia both suspended from playing in PWSL until Summer 2003, after which there will be a 1 yr probation period. During the probation period any yellow or red card issued to either of these players will be reviewed by the Board for appropriate action.
  OBFC player was suspended from playing in PWSL until Fall 2002, after which there will be 1 yr probation period. During the probation period, any yellow or red card issued to this player will be reviewed by the Board for appropriate action
• If any player is issued red card: team rep must forfeit the player card and put response in writing.
• Consequence if playing with eneligle player: Forfeit of game and $100 fee prior to next game.
• Ray Theep: Ref will not break up fight, will take notes and numbers, and report incident to Board in writing.
• PWSL is affiliated league, required affiliated refs for accountability.
• Ok to email comments and concerns directly to sdcsra.org regarding refs.
• Refs need to verify player uniforms. Home team responsible for color conflict change.
• PWSL can request certain officials not ref PWSL games.
• Refs needed: classes beginning Summer: $35 fee.
3. Fields/Equipment
• Robb 3, had hole in field, Rec Center was notified, and fixed hole prior to end of game.
• Robb field mail box moved to shed.
• New net bag purchased, extra anchors in shed. Anchors should be placed backend of goal post
• Goal enclosure was approved with matching funds. Robb Rec Center and City of SD
• Robb field renovation effective July 23, 2002 thru end of August. During this time alternate field will be Dusty Rhoads.
4. New Board members to be elected at May meeting.
5. Schedule/Teams
• Team Rep: (unsure of name) had concern, majority of games, her team seemed to put up or take down goals
• Scheduler tries to accommodate all teams.
• A new team will be joining A division.
• Last 2wks of session available for rainouts or extend session.
• $25 fee to reschedule game.
• Allied Garden could be available for a Sunday makeup or game reschedule.
• LB team has 4 29yr olds, team would like to move to 030B division, before they reach 30. Motion may be placed during May meeting
