San Diego 6 on 6 Soccer Fest - 6-Aside tournament at Robb Field info was presented by board members of the men's SD County Soccer League (Gerhard Neuendorff and Kevin Coleman) and distributed flyers.

Structure of the league

• Level of play - new "C" division, which is the lower half of lower B. Break up the division based on this session's standings
• Divisions will be: A, Upper B, Lower B, C, 30A, 30B
• You can petition to be in a different division
• Jackie (stats)-important that she has the correct scores because placement will be based on division standings
• If your win-loss record is incorrect, let her know
• A "standings" email will be provided

Ray Theep, Referee Liaison

• We should keep stats on which refs have an "X" number of complaints
• One guy refused to give his name at one game. All refs must put their names down on the green card, which is the referee evaluation card

Nancy - Reschedule

• 2 reschedules; rainouts from March and May; will post on the website
• May 3 games to be rescheduled to May 17 (same time and field)
• Makeup prior games based on interest (meet with Nancy after meeting)
• Can play a 5th game at 4:30 if necessary
• Can play at Allied Gardens on Sunday after 12:30pm

Field 8-home team on Field 8 is supposed to be in charge of locking up. Teams from each field are responsible to make sure the goals are returned to the Robb field goal enclosure and the nets/flags are returned to the PWSL shed. Educate your team, be responsible.

An announcement was made by Anna Graham, member of PWSL's Tsunami soccer team. A fellow teammate and friend was recently diagnosed with MS. Several teammates have joined together to form a team to participate in the MS Challenge. Fliers were distributed. For additional information and/or to donate to the team, please visit www.mymschallenge.com. All donations are tax deductible. They are also collecting recyclables and unwanted items for yard sales to raise money for this event. Please help if you can.

Board Nominations and Elections beginning for one year team, beginning August 1st

• Bring in new ideas; you don't want a stagnant board
• Eventually Carole will want to step down, and need someone to step up in the President position
• Field Coordinator-attends recreation council meetings and submits the appropriate field permits (meetings at Robb are monthly meetings every 3rd Thursday and meetings at Kearny Mesa and Mira Mesa are quarterly)
• Secretary- note taker (it's important for teams to disseminate the information to their teams from the meetings)
• Scheduler-Time consuming; tries to accommodate various requests
• Stats-Prepare yellow and green cards; w/l record; communicate with Ray Theep on player issues
• Treasurer-keep track of the money
