• Lindberg - 1 field (O'35 division plays here)

4. Peter Bokolas - San Diego Sockers
• Fundraiser opportunity to attend Sockers games for groups of 50 --> $8 tickets, Sockers will give $3 ($150)

• You will even need NEW pictures for returning players --> form is new
• Please be careful with the pictures - they will be rejected if not the proper size (passport size) or if not in color.
• Team representative is to send the registration in unless you speak with registrar ahead of time
