Correction of Minutes-none

Increase in fees anticipated by CSAS. We hope to know more by the next league meeting. Deadline for registration will be approximately mid-season (date to be announced at the next meeting). $10 fee will be imposed for registration forms rejected by CSAS due to poor pictures, incorrect information, etc. No new pictures needed for this year if the player was registered during the 2001-2002 season (September 1, 2001 thru August 31st, 2002). Player registration forms can be downloaded off website. If SS# was not used, might require a picture if they can't find your player record.

Minimum of 9 players should be registered as soon as possible. Deadline is August 31st for players to play in the first league game Update policy and procedures: Read them and if we need to change or clarify anything, please let Carole know.

Let the scheduler (Nancy Modaffari) know if you will be playing in any tournaments, (i.e. Santa Barbara or Socktoberfest). Please have only team reps call Nancy. Provide a 2nd email address to the board just in case the team rep is out of town and needs to get information to the players. Stephanie Oberle suggested that there be group emails created with a PWSL name.

Ray Theep-Referee liaison - Don't buy uniforms with sleeves. New USSF policy is that all jerseys require sleeves. PWSL is not imposing this policy….the referees are currently only required to annotate the line up cards that the jerseys had no sleeves.

Forfeit Fees-friendly reminder of $25 fee if game is cancelled by Tuesday of each game week, or $75 after Tuesday. Maniax has Senior Olympics coming up on 9/28-9/29, only conflicts with 9/29. 7-8 players cannot play.

Suggest fine of $50 per team if team rep does not show up to monthly meeting. If there are no questions or changes that come up, meetings are usually cancelled. Meeting for Sept is Tues, Sept 3rd because of the holiday. There will be an email reminder prior to the meeting.
