3. Turkey Shoot = Mary Frank

• $50 fine if you don't volunteer or don't show up for your time slot
• by the end of the meeting sign up for an hour time slot and bring 2 people with you

• Mira Mesa field on Saturday and Sunday
• Does 30A want to play on a different day? 2 = yes, 0 = no, 2 = don't care therefore we will stick to one day.
5. Fields for Fall 2001 = Mira Mesa overbooked Rec Center
• softball and soccer on same field will not work
• Mesa Verde = under water so West View was negotiated for us
• Youth will have permit even if we don't use the field
• We will play on West View for the remainder of the season
6. 30A/30B Feedback
• Happy with the divisions
• 30B is recreational, and therefore should not have UB players
• 30B if a team dominates the division what do we do?
• the first place team will move up to 30A, but can write a letter to the board to stay in the current division. The board has the final say as to what division the team will play in. This is in the policy and procedures.
• Sandy Wheeler motions to have the 30B strictly recreational with a limit of UB players in the 30B division.
• Yukii Fuji motion to keep everything the same 2nd Jane Sepulvada
• keep the 30A/30B division the same. Do not restrict UB/LB players in the 30B division. 1st place team moves up unless you write a letter to the board to waive this decision. Yes = 22 No = 6
7. Registration
• new teams can pick up packet at the conclusion of the meeting
• Jan. 26 - May 25 plus 2 weeks in June for rainouts
• $200 nonrefundable fee is due tonight
• above 22 players registered then
• $2 drop

• $5 transfer team = don't fill out registration form. Get a transfer form from Dina Rodriguez.
8. Forfeits
• $75 fee if you notify the scheduler after 9 pm on Tuesday ($25 goes to the other team = league will take care of this)
• $25 forfeit/reschedule fee if you notify scheduler by Tuesday at 9 pm
