Returning Player Information
         
 
  1. Returning players must have: PWSL waiver form for each new season. Player Registration Form

  2. Once the season starts, please submit all registration/waiver forms by Tuesday prior to the game in which you want the player to play.  There will be NO exceptions to this rule.

  3. During the season replacement cards will be charged a $10 fee.
